Divers palletized raw cylinder heads are recognized by a camera-laser-system fully automatically. The positioning data of the part is transferred to the robot system for further prozessing. Type not depending on 4 high speed machining centers including blower station, washing system and test bench which are linked to one another and the parts are automatically transported to each station. The 5 axis surface stacker inserts the parts into the leak test and then the parts are palletized in metal racks in several layers.
